The Basics

How do I get started?

 First, decide how often you’d like to send or receive the Forget Me Not Box. We offer 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions on our Start a Subscription page. Or, you can try us out on a month-to-month basis. Choose the option that best matches your needs, and follow the prompts to provide your information and payment details. 

When will my box ship?

We ship all of our boxes via USPS Priority Mail on the 4th of each month. Be sure to place your order on or before the 28th of the month so that your Forget Me Not Box will be included in the next 4th of the month shipment!      

The Delivery

When will my Forget Me Not Box arrive?  

Our team hand-packs and ships all boxes on the 4th of every month. We’ll send you an email with tracking information that same day!

How are the boxes shipped?  

We ship all of our boxes via USPS Priority Mail. No overnight or expedited options are available at this time.  

Where exactly do you ship? 

 You may ship a Forget Me Not Box anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How much does a Forget Me Not Box cost?

Are there any hidden fees?  

Nope! Sales tax and USPS Priority Mail shipping costs are included.

How will you bill me?  

Once you’ve set up your plan, we’ll automatically process all payments on the 15th of every month. You’re free to cancel your subscription to Forget Me Not Box at any time, but please be sure to do so before the 15th! 

How do I cancel my subscription?  

You may cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Simply email with your request. 

The Products

Are the products different each month?  

Absolutely! Each box includes a unique collection of goodies, inspired by a monthly theme. Most of our products are locally sourced and organic. We also feature custom-made items to support dementia caregivers.

What if my box or its contents are damaged?  

Please email as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to resolve this issue. We strive for excellent quality and customer satisfaction, so we’d love to hear your feedback.
